FAQ

Quick answers

Do I need a website if I'm already on Google Maps and delivery apps?

Not always. A simple menu and booking page helps, because Maps and socials can link to it and you own it. For a single hawker stall, a well-kept Google profile may be enough to start.

Is 小红书 worth it for a Singapore cafe?

It depends on who you serve. If many of your diners are Chinese-speaking locals, PRs or tourists, it can be a real discovery channel. We'll check what people already post about your area before you commit.

Can I send promos to customers on WhatsApp?

Only to people who agreed to get them. Under the PDPA you need consent for marketing messages, so we set up an opt-in at booking or checkout.

How fast will I see more customers?

We can't promise a number. Fixing your Google profile and menu page is quick, while social content usually takes a few months of steady posting to build up.

Not sure where to start?
