Who we are
Kopi Pixel ("we") is a digital marketing agency in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, WhatsApp number, website, the service you're interested in and, if you choose, your budget, start date, email and message.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Basic visit information: the page you came from, the page you landed on, and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source or a Google or Meta click ID). This is used to know which ads and pages bring enquiries. It does not include your name or number.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or free check.
- To work out which of our pages and ads bring enquiries.
- We will only send you marketing emails or messages if you say yes.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. Form messages are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. If we turn on Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta tracking, we will update this page first, and we never send your name, number or email to Google or Meta.
Cookies
Right now the site uses no tracking cookies of its own. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads (see Google's privacy policy). It keeps your first landing page and campaign tag in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so a form you send tells us where you came from.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law and our contract require (for tax, usually 5 years).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. We'll reply within 30 days.
